सीबीएसई ने इस महीने के प्रारंभ में 10वीं बोर्ड की रद्द की गई परीक्षा के संबंध में अंकों की गणना का फार्मूला पेश किया था. यह परीक्षा देश में कोविड-19 महामारी की स्थिति को ध्यान में रखते हुए रद्द कर दी गई थी। इस फॉर्मूले के तहत प्रत्येक विषय में 20 अंक आंतरिक मूल्यांकन के होंगे और 80 अंकों की गणना वर्ष भर में कक्षा में विभिन्न परीक्षा या टेस्ट में छात्र को मिले अंकों के आधार पर होगी।

बोर्ड ने स्कूलों को परिणाम समिति का गठन करने को कहा था जिसमें अंकों को अंतिम रूप देने के लिये प्राचार्य और सात शिक्षक शामिल होंगे। स्कूल के पांच शिक्षक गणित, सामाजिक विज्ञान, विज्ञान और दो भाषाओं के होंगे तथा दो शिक्षक पड़ोस के स्कूल के होंगे जो समिति में बाह्य सदस्य के रूप में होंगे। भारद्वाज ने कहा था आठ सदस्यीय स्कूली परिणाम समिति का गठन 5 मई तक किया जाना चाहिए। स्कूलवार तरीके से अंकों के वितरण एवं संबंधित दस्तावेज को अंतिम रूप देने का कार्य 10 मई तक हो जाए।
